License Agreement For Personal Use Of Downloadable Assets From RealSketchAnimation.com

This Personal Use License Agreement governs your use of any 3D models, textures, character motions, or digital products (“The Assets”) made available by RealSketchAnimation.com, owned and operated by Joseph Johnson (“Licensor”).

By downloading or using any of the Asset, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the Assets.

1. License Type

You are granted a royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use the Assets for approved purposes under this agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this license applies to free assets and is for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You ARE Allowed To:

  • ✅ Use the Assets in your own personal projects (e.g., animations, renders, educational work).

  • ✅ Modify the Assets for personal use (as long as they are not redistributed).

  • ✅ Display personal works incorporating the Assets on non-commercial platforms (e.g., portfolio, school assignments, personal blog).

  • You Are NOT Allowed To:

  • ❌ Use the Assets in any commercial context without a separate commercial-use license (e.g., freelance work, monetized YouTube videos, games, apps, NFTs, etc.).

  • ❌ Upload, resell, or redistribute the Assets — whether original or modified — on any marketplace or file-sharing platform.

  • ❌ Include the Assets (or images of the Assets) in a trademark, logo, or service mark.

  • ❌ Claim the Assets as your own or imply you created them.

  • ❌ Use the Assets in projects that promote hate, harassment, or illegal activity.

  • ❌ Train AI models on the Assets, or use them in machine learning datasets.

  • Ownership

  • All Assets remain the sole property of Joseph E Johnson

  • This agreement does not transfer ownership — it grants limited usage rights only.

2. Legal Terms, Limitations & Termination

  • This license will terminate automatically if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Assets, including any modified versions.

  • The Assets are provided “as is”, with no guarantees. We make no warranty, express or implied, about fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted use.

  • We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Assets, including lost profits, data loss, or operational interruptions. Use is at your own risk. If any liability is found, our maximum responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the Asset (for free Assets, this amount is $0).

  • Any legal matters must be handled in Volusia County, Florida, USA. By using the Assets, you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive your right to participate in any class-action lawsuits.

  • We reserve the right to update or change this agreement at any time without notice. Continued use of the Assets means you accept the most recent version of this agreement.
